I'm thrilled to announce that today, after two years in the making, the short film, Belong, is now released. It was a journey that spanned shooting in two countries, Vietnam and Singapore (during my 2017 artist residency at NTU Centre for Contemporary Art). It started out as investigation between music and my practice but ended up being much more than that, as our familiarity with each other and our friendship grew. Conceived and directed by the amazing Dillon Banda, the film will be accompanied by an interview (to be released next week). It is one of several portraits in film that he has created.
